HYDROSTATIC WATER JACKET CYLINDER TEST SYSTEM (HYDRAULIC TEST PANEL)

Our 'Hydraulic Test Panel' is used for hydraulic pressure proof test for cylinders up to 450 bar.

It consists of:
• Water supply tank and Valve
Precision pressure gauge (Dia 50 - 160mm)
• Pressure Testing Pump & Hydraulic Line Valve
• Make-up Valve, By-pass Valve and Air-bleedValve
• Thermometer and Digital Weighing indicator

Salient features:
• The unit comprises of corrosion resistant stainless steel pipe work.
• Water filters and Air filter regulators are manually controlled.
• Imported double acting pressure testing pump with compression ratio: - 1:86 is provided.
• Single-head air drive is provided @ 6 bar, Outlet pressure @ 1,241/min bar/psi.
• The test unit is supplied with digital weighing indicator in the panel, which measures the quantity of water entering (during test) and leaving the cylinder (during de-compression).
• The Unit is supplied with one high pressure test-head, filling head and one hose.

ANALYSER PANELS:
We manufacture Analyser panels and cabinets for all kind of analyzers widely used in Industrial gas, pharma, affluent treatment & monitoring systems.

Depending on the type of environment we design cabinets with SS316 /SS304/CRCA sheet and are Powder Coated. Also, we provide the connections for inlet, outlet drain & reagent associated with the Silica Analyser/ Benzene Analyser fitted in the Enclosure. The tubing can be of PU or SS (Stainless Steel)
